During the design phase JGN will advise on the performance and functionality of a proposed design while keeping open communication with the architects and engineers involved. We will address issues such as the logistics of a project and how the proposed construction may interfere with present operations. Through providing highly technical design research we have overcome the most complex hurdles.

 

The JGN Team is highly proficient in Value Engineering. A preliminary estimate will be formed in accordance with the scope of work. Along the way we will offer suggestions to maximize the practical value of the project. It is the intent of the estimating department to establish the cost foundation of the project and verify the best return for dollars spent.
