JGN will provide complete project closeout management. We will request and track turnover documents including but not limited to the following; As-Built drawings, warranties and guaranties, operating manuals, equipment use permits, and final inspection sign off.  We will expedite any punch list items in the field.  JGN is also proud to have produced projects in which architects deemed punch lists unnecessary. 

 

JGN will review and closeout any outstanding change orders and submit final applications of payment along with final waivers of lien.

 

JGN offers exceptional assistance with inspections. We have been known to solve an issue an inspector raises during the inspection which many times eliminated the need for a second inspection. Our project managers are also very experienced in accompanying DOH inspectors and addressing any concerns they may have.
